As a Flames Fan I’m liking Wolf as a future goalie. I hope Calgary passes on the goalies and grabs a forward. Sillinger, Coronado or Lysell would be good. What are your thoughts on WOLF?
I am a big Dustin Wolf fan, I think he's been exceptional in Everett. Despite his success, I've still heard from some that aren't sold on him as a long-term No. 1 guy. I think he's quieting some doubters with his overall play, but the size concerns remain. There's also a number of scouts who have wondered aloud to me how much Everett's system/style have helped its goalies put up their ridiculous numbers. Cossa has a bit more overall upside and I think he's got a few more tools, but Wolf can still be an NHL goalie. I wouldn't be surprised if Calgary goes forward. They've got plenty of needs in the system and there should be ample skill left on the table.
Hi Chris, as an Avs fan I think L’Heureux would sure fit what they need as a player but I’m unsure how they’ll feel about the on ice disciplinary issues. I guess it’s always better to try to tame a lion but it gives me pause. Also, I’ve seen some concern around his skating at his size, so you share those concerns?
Very fair assessment there. The suspensions this season are alarming, no question. I think with the Avs picking so late, he's kind of the high-risk, high-reward type player that can allow you to squeeze a little more value in an unfavorable position. Others like Pastujov, Pinelli, Bourgault, Bolduc, etc., could make sense. There's also a lot of guys I have projected in the second-round range that I think teams are much higher on than I am, so there's a host of options.

Thanks for the thoughtful answer.
